Test Process Policy - 22th November 2011

The Policy on Testing Services that MTP renders to its clients is an extension and specific development of its General Management Policy, the two general principles of which are as follows:

MTP's MISSION is to offer innovative services and solutions in the area of software engineering and quality, positioning itself as a highly-specialized niche company providing great added value for its clients.

Its VISION is to become the first outsourcing option for specialist IT System Quality services for leading companies regardless of their sector or location.

While preserving their integration and alignment with this General Management Policy, and with other present and future policies that MTP may establish, the basic principles of the MTP Testing Services Policy are:

  • All testing activities conducted by MTP shall be based on its test processes, in turn based on risk analysis, unless the client indicates otherwise.
  • Commitment by MTP Management to offer product quality and testing services that are fully to the satisfaction of clients and adapted to their requirements.
  • To be undisputed leaders in the provision of the said services.
  • A permanent commitment to innovation and investigation into techniques, technologies and methodologies relating to Product Quality and Testing Services.
  • Commitment to training and professional qualification of all personnel involved.
  • Last but not least, a strong commitment to continuous improvement.

In order to respond to these undertakings, MTP has defined a number of guidelines, processes, documents and information and communication systems aligned mainly with the methodological framework of the TMMi, which will act as the working model for all those engaged in Testing Processes and Product Quality Services provided by MTP.

All of the Policies of MTP and their related documentation will be furnished to all employees and other interested parties so that they are familiar with their content; compliance with all of these shall be compulsory.
